Wipro WASE/WIMS: Doing MS from BITS Pilani with wipro is good or bad?

Here is why to go for Wipro WASE:

1 First reason is that you are getting a job !!! Are not you happy about it?

2 You are getting salary, your study fee is taken care of plus the exposure to work with one of the IT giants.

3 You get the trainings by the professional trainers on various technical skills as well as soft skills (communication skills)

4 You are getting MS or M.Tech Degree from BITS Pilani. Isn't it great?

5 Wipro gives more opportunities to learn in comparison with any other company and this you can check with any person who has worked in top ranked companies.

6 You will be given two to three months of corporate training. Trust me this is going to be a one of the best part of your life so far.

7 You will be getting trained with people from different states, cities which is otherwise rare. This was a great experience for me.

8 You get the opportunity to travel to different cities. This is a great thing for someone who loves to travel. I was selected from Jalandhar and my training was in GSMC (Mysore) so I visited Mysore, Bangalore, Ooty during training.

9 Two weekoffs. Though you will be coming for WASE classes in one of the weekoffs. But isn't it great to meet your friends whom you have spent initial months of your professional career.

10 In Wipro you get rewarded for working with passion. In my journey of four years I have got many awards for my excellent and passionate contribution in the projects.

11 Studying and Working is going to be very challenging at times resulting in making you more mentally stronger post the completion of this four years of journey.

12 You will be taught by the best faculties in the most practical way possible. This sometimes may depend on the teacher to teacher though. But generally they are very good and they know how to teach working professionals.

13 Working with Wipro is going to be fun with lots of parties coming from time to time. Lots of team gathering , lots of time to cheer and enjoy.

14 Every year your salary is increased. Plus the yearly bonus you get makes you feel happier.

15 Post completion of the four years you will be getting salaries as per the market standard. Trust me on this that you will be getting very good salary post completion of WASE. Even during the WASE program I don't think Wipro pays less considering the fact that Wipro is alsy taking care of your study fees.

16 Your designation will be changed to Senior engineer, Band B2.

17 There are high chances to get onsite opportunities post completion of your WASE Program. Who does not love to go abroad? ;)
