Limiting Control-M License over Usage

So far there is no way to restrict the users from loading the more number of jobs then the license they have purchased.
However from Control-M Version 9 a new feature has been introduce in Configuration Manager which lets you define a threshold for the jobs. Once that threshold is reached an email alert can go to Control-M Administrator to take necessary action.

So so far the only way to avoid license over usage is by educating Control-M users about how licensing works in Control-M, Restricting them for loading job by applying appropriate restrictions.

To me it looks more like a marketing strategy so that user over utilize the licenses and later then can be charged for that.
